Make-A-Book Flip Book Project!
Instructions:
Here is how you and your classmates will make your own Brown Bear Animals and Colors online flip book. Please go over these directions with your teacher to make sure you understand every step! Ask for help when you need it!
1. Create a picture or a drawing. You will choose one animal and one color for your picture or drawing to go with the sentences you will be writing.
A. If you want to use clip art, Click here or on the picture and Go to The Color.com

Make sure you are logged in --
Sign in: kayalmy Password: eslesl

Look at all the pictures of animals that you can choose from!

Pick one animal image and color it one color online.

Once you are done, SAVE your drawing in the Gallery.

You can print your picture if you like!

Listen to the audio instructions - it's like a game!

Experiment and draw your picture.

Don't worry if you can't color between the lines. Use a shading marker tool or just draw lines with the color you have chosen.

Don’t forget to sign your name on the picture!

Click the save button. Free Draw will save your drawing to your computer.

Email the drawing to kayalmyesl@gmail.com.

Your teacher will place your picture or drawing in a box on your story writing page. You will write your storybook sentences next.
Your finished picture pages will then be added to your classmate’s picture pages and we will put them all together our Brown Bear animals and colors classroom flip book!
2. Write your storybook sentences!
Click on the blue DOCX W to open this link.
You will see a blank story writing page that looks like this:

Type in your name and the date. Don't forget!

Type these two sentences on the lines:
"Classmate, classmate, what do you see? I see a
___________ ___________ looking at me."

Complete the sentence by filling in the two blanks with the color and the animal that you have chosen.

When you are done, SAVE your storybook sentence page to your computer's hard drive. SAVE AS and put your name in the file name. Ask for help if you need it!

Email your storybook sentences to kayalmyesl @gmail.com. The teacher will place your picture in the box on your writing page.

Your picture page will then be added to your classmate’s picture pages and we will make our classroom flip book!
